Photo and quote
You send 1 to 2 photos through the form. We reply with a fixed quote within 24 hours.

Site visit
Technician arrives at the booked time. 5-minute inspection confirms the quote. If anything is different on arrival (more damage than the photos showed, wrong surface type), the technician tells you before any work starts.

Repair
Most chips: 60 to 120 minutes onsite. Full resurfacing: around 4 hours plus cure time. We drop sheets, mask the room, and clean up before we leave.

Cure and done
You can usually use the bath again within 24 to 48 hours, depending on repair type. We send aftercare instructions and a reminder when the cure window closes.

Repair or replace?
We do not push a repair when a replacement is the right call. Here is how Ben reads it before quoting.
Repair makes sense when
- Chips, cracks, and worn enamel on an otherwise sound bath
- A bath that holds water and sits solid when you stand in it
- Surface rust that has not eaten through the steel underneath
- A colour you want changed without a new tub
Replacement is the honest call when
- The bath flexes badly or the shell is cracked right through
- Rust has perforated the steel and water gets behind it
- You are gutting the bathroom anyway and the bath has to come out
