How the job runs

Photo and quote
You send 2 to 3 photos: a wide shot of the floor or wall, a close-up of the damaged tile or grout, and one showing the surrounding tiles for colour-match. We reply with a fixed quote within 24 hours.

Site visit
Technician arrives, tap-tests the surrounding tiles for drumminess, and checks whether the original tile is still available or needs a colour-match fill. If the original tile is discontinued, we agree the fill approach with you before any work starts.

Repair
Single tile replacement: 45 to 90 minutes onsite. Drummy re-bond without lifting: 60 to 120 minutes. Grout: depends on the line metres. We dust-sheet the room, contain the cuts, and clean up before we leave.

Cure and done
Walk on the tile within 4 hours. Heavy traffic and washing the floor after 24 hours. We send aftercare instructions and a reminder when the cure window closes.

Repair or replace?
We do not push a repair when a replacement is the right call. Here is how Ben reads it before quoting.
Repair makes sense when
- One or a few cracked, chipped, or missing tiles
- Drummy tiles that have lifted but the rest are sound
- Damaged grout lines on an otherwise good surface
- A discontinued tile you cannot source a match for
Replacement is the honest call when
- Most tiles are lifting or the bed underneath has failed
- Water has got behind the wall and the substrate is rotten
- You want a new look across the whole room
